Blue Hare Films was formed in 2024 after the downturn in broadcast television production. The founders decided to take matters into their own hands and diversify, creating content on a range of platforms for companies whose ethos aligns with their own. Creative storytelling and sustainability are the forefront of all that Blue Hare Films is about.

Having worked across conservation, wildlife and children's television, Ferne has a broad background from which to draw ideas and experience. From drawing storyboards, script writing and pitching ideas to directing in the field, Ferne loves every element of media production.

Mark has extensive self-shooting experience and is not afraid of a challenging environment. He has worked across a range of genres from blue chip to adventure and conservation. From scripting to filming, Mark's creative and technical expertise is a vital part of Blue Hare Films.
